Xiaomi is a Chinese electronics company based in Beijing China. Company was founded back in 2010 and now it has scaled itself to many Asian countries. This company works in various products like smartphones, mobile apps and consumer electronics goods.

It came in India back in 2014 with a big buzz but now facing tough competition with various Chinese companies in India. Company started with online only model with Flipkart and got huge response in Indian market. Later, it scaled its partnership to Amazon.in and Snapdeal. Now, it has also teamed with Airtel Store and The Mobile Store to sell its mobile phones. It also launched its Mi Store in India and users can now directly purchase products.

Xiaomi also started its factory in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh in premiership with Foxconn. It also launched its phone Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime phone which was company's first "Made in India" smartphone. Even though this phone didn't get enough success, Mi still has considerable market share in Indian smartphone market.

This company is now preparing for its launch in United States.
