What is HDR?

HDR definition

HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. It is the photography practice available in many smartphones to offer you better colors in photos. HDR produces high-quality photos but it can also produce bad results if you use it wrong.

In HDR, camera captures 3-4 photos of the same scene with different exposure level and then combine those photos to develop a single photo. This new photo shows higher range of colors and brightness resulting into a better photo than you normally take from your camera.
