VoLTE definition
VoLTE stands for Voice over LTE. It is a technology that allows voice calls to be made over 4G LTE (Long-Term Evolution) networks, instead of using the traditional 2G or 3G networks.
How VoLTE Works:
VoLTE works by transmitting voice calls as data packets over the LTE network. Unlike traditional voice networks, which used circuit-switched technology for voice calls, VoLTE uses packet-switched technology, similar to how internet data is transmitted. This makes the transmission of voice calls more efficient and supports HD audio quality.
